No, it's quite real, In further Dev notes (referring to 10th/july recent updates)

Ursan is going to be reviewed and balanced out to allow further and continuation of character types to play together again,

So i.e KNockin Ursan back to norn areas. Perhaps.

So no is not a rumour.

As for this update, I too am lookin forward to it.

However I would like old buffed SF back , but with the plains run nerfed. Killing bosses was so much fun.

I think for PvE, no matter what else gets nerfed, any Ursan nerf will overshadow it all in terms of whining. Even if the nerf is small and only slows down a FoW/DoA/etc run, I expect a lot of crying about it (from ursan lovers and haters). IMO, the only change that could cause an outcry to equal ursan would be a major nerf to the HB/HP/seeds build that all of their monks use. But, even that would be an indirect nerf targeted at ursanway, just not the ursan skill itself.

Hope a lot of things get nerfed, and guilds that dont always run ( or abuse ) ursan will be rewarded for having good builds to farm anything in HM, and are able to do all elite missions/dungeons without the help of the bear.

I have a feeling that there will be a new elite area for GWEN. Looking at the time between game launches and the introduction of the elite area (factions and nf) now would be a good time to open it up.

Besides we exp players need something to do -_-
